- selection window , scales up with wave count (no Vipers early...)

- Infantry scaling is now a thing
- Fixed some nasty locality issue for those playing on dedicated server
- Added some more parameters
- Improved some loot stuff (attachments)
- Loot spawning performance greatly improved

This version is now in a pretty good shape. The WW2 presets are really good fun. Normal preset is close to the official version and GM is allright :)
