Ok time to nerf this char a bit lol

Attributes
- Air accel 0.4 --> 0.3
- Jump hspeed change 4 --> 3 (now conforms w/ base cast)

FSpecial
- No longer transcendent
- Now inflicts extended parry stun
- Actually has ending lag (15 frames more)

USpecial
- Now inflicts extended parry stun

DSpecial
- No longer transcendent
- Does not allow for air drift, but retains prior momentum

Fixed a bug where the game would crash when exiting the CSS's playtest mode.

Reverted the changes that v3.0 made to NAir. The faster version ended up being more fun, and fitting to Trummel's kit.

v3.0

Going into this patch, the three biggest concerns were:
- Kill power
- Rain spam
- Lack of a pirate skin

All 3 of these have been addressed.



CONTENT
- Pirate Skin added! It's in slot 8; looks like the default but has a star. Several moves are altered to use the cutlass, and clouds look like treasure chests!
- Rune F replaced.
- The character now functions properly in previous versions of Rivals of Aether. (workshop_previous)



CLOUDS
- Rain will now always stop once it reaches the height of a standard platform.
- Rain delay 18 --> 10.
- Spawn height 200 --> 230.

These changes to cloud rain make it into an anti-air tool rather than an oppressive force in neutral. Buffs to speed and height help bolster its more specific utility.



DSPECIAL
- Only the last hit of the torrent soaks.
- Linking hit angle 270 --> 275.
- Linking hit flipper 0 --> 4.
- If you soak an opponent who was previously unsoaked, it deals 10 extra hitpause and removes your cooldown.

Changes to the linking hits make rain slightly more consistent. The bonus when hitting a previously unsoaked opponent adds a bit of strategy and skillful kill confirms.



FSPECIAL
- Regular hit knockback 10/.4 --> 9/.65.
- Soaked hit knockback 10/.15 --> 9/.9.

FSpecial, particularly when the opponent is soaked, now acts as a decent kill option at later percents.



USPECIAL
- Startup 24 --> 16.

Since the molotov can be destroyed, I wanted to make the move easier to use, giving you another valid option to capitalize on a soak.



FAIR
- Strong hit knockback growth .7 --> .8.
- Strong hit angle 80 --> 85.
- Landing lag 6 --> 10.

FAir now better fulfills its purpose as a vertical finisher. In exchange, landing lag was brought up.



NAIR
- Startup 6 --> 14.
- Early hit knockback 7/.5 --> 8/.6.
- Late hit knockback 4/.5 --> 5/.5.
- Late hit base knockback no longer decays across the hitbox's lifespan.
- Landing lag 4 --> 10.
- Hitpause increased. Larger hit vfx/sfx used.

NAir has been retooled to a slow but strong kill aerial, better fitting the concept of the animation.



DAIR
- Last hit angle 50 --> 60.
- Last hit knockback 6.5/.5 --> 6.25/.65.
- Landing lag 6 --> 10.

This reverts a previous patch's change to DAir's knockback, and also gives it landing lag.

Disabled tourney safe mode. It'll probably be a while before I make any balance changes in response to G7, as I'm focusing my efforts on my next character, Otto.

Fixed a bug where Rune K (clouds don't disappear after dspecial) would always be turned on.

Because Trummel & Alto will be playable in the G7 workshop bracket (woo!), I've released a small patch which contains the following temporary, non-balance-impacting changes for "Tourney Safe Mode":
- DSpecial creates fewer rain particles (avoiding lag).
- All codecs and Practice Mode functionality has been disabled (avoiding interruptions, potentially by copyrighted characters, mid-match).
