tldr; beebo can actually combo, animations are hopefully less bad, and a couple major move changes

-new alt colors
-added otto bobblehead
-added muno's css alt name/number thingy

-new forward special
-new back air
-new up air
-down special now has a grounded version and puts you into landing lag on the ground

-max air speed from ground lowered (8 -> 5)
-max air speed lowered (7 -> 5)
-initial dash speed lowered (8 -> 6)
-dash speed lowered (7 -> 5)
-max fall speed lowered (10 -> 7)
-fastfall speed lowered (14 -> 10)

-forward tilt now moves you forwards
-forward strong now moves you forwards instead of backwards
-neutral special now moves you forwards instead of backwards
-up special's startup now limits your speed instead of completely stopping it
-jab now moves you forwards

-forward air startup increased (10 -> 15)
-forward air endlag adjusted
-landing lag increased on all aerials
-jab angle increased (60 -> 80)
-hitpause/knockback scaling added to jab
-down air sweetspot knockback scaling lowered (.8 -> .3)
