Went back and fixed issues with older versions, mainly 1.3 and pushed fixes I made to Ideology name makers in 1.4. I don't plan to fix older versions very often unless game breaking.

Fixed issue where wounds were not colored correctly and fixed the eyes so that gouged or otherwise destroyed eyes display correctly on all heads. Bionic eyes still have an issue with being offset.
