- the Staff Metro walls are no longer spawned by default, just the special metro floor.
- added a button on Staff Metro to show/hide the walls.
- added Metro Floor to the materials menu, this floor is needed by the stations to slow people down. If it's not below a staff metro, chances are that people will move too fast and don't get picked up by the metro.

- added Staff Metro station.

Place Staff Metro stations on pathways to let staff members travel long distances in your prison. These stations constantly check if somebody walks below them. It will calculate the walking distance from here to a persons destination, and compare it to the distance from other Staff Metro stations on the map. When another Staff Metro is closer to the persons destination than the current spot, he/she will zap to that station and continue walking from there.

Please note that staff members will not actively look out for nearby metro stations to take a shortcut route. That would have required all entiites to be scripted which would probably let the game lag quite a bit when you have many staff members.

So the people are dumb, they just walk on their paths and if they happen to walk into a metro, the station will start to calculate some stuff and move them when needed.

- EXIT station can handle visitors who somehow missed their metro station and want to get off the map.

- fixed some issues when sacking a metro guard while he's carrying a visitor.

- spawned entities should now be invisible and locked (at the beacon) until their destination is known to prevent a clutter of people roaming around
- updated some tooltips,
- increased the scan range on bigger stations, they sometimes would not pick up leaving entities.
