Split the opaque shadows option into opaque shadows and opaque ground FX

Added support for the dancing shadows spawned at the stage

Finally updated to work with the refreshed Maxwell shadows

Added option to make shadows more solid
also affects his shadow traps


Removed night sword and codex umbra since they're redundant now
