edited script so "2 players" button disappears when 3, 4, or 5 player button is clicked

added discard bags for the card draft

Corrected so that mystics would default to the main deck, instead of the 3-player deck, so a 2 players could use the expansion as well

At nobody's request, added 2 player setup for people who wish to have a bad time

Fixed scripting error for setup where Ragnarok tokens would not match up to the province they were destroying

Fixed a scripting error where clicking 4 or 5 players would delete the 3 or 4 player decks before adding them
