Took a screwdriver to the rest of Billy's moveset because he was kind of broken in several different ways. v1.2 will now be referred to as "Bimmy", feel free to use Bimmy if you don't like your friends.

Took screwdrivers to all of Billy's projectiles so it doesn't cause a blackhole in the game code when they collide.
