Fixed an issues the the text-icons.

Changes:
- Support equipment cost now 3.5 instead of 4. (MJR)
- Lowered the amount of sppt equipment needed for the different companies.
- Made the division designer a little more pleasing to the eyes. (SR)
- Fixed most of the previous issues. (MJR)
- Added HMG companies in. (SR)
- Added Raider companies in. (SR)
- Added an additional 5 support company slots. (SR)

Nerfed sniper company, mortar company, flamethrower company, war dogs, and command company.
Used google translate to add additional languages.
