- (Hopefully) fixed Open Flame bug (hit_player L47).
- Jab 2 whiff sfx play before the hitbox comes out.
- Jab 2 hitpause scaling 0 -> 0.6
- Utilt whiff sfx play before the first hitbox comes out.

- Dash attack redone

- Fstrong startup skips the first frame so the animation is easier to react to.
- Fstrong sweetspot position and timing adjusted
- Fstrong sweetspot knockback changed??? idk i literally forgot the numbers, it's still really strong

- Dstrong multihit damage 4 -> 3 and last hit damage 6 -> 5 (total DMG 18 -> 14).
- Ustrong damage 17/15/14/8 -> 16/13/12/8.
- Ustrong first hit KBS 1.125 -> 1.1 and second hit BKB 8.5 -> 8.
- Ustrong vspeed -13 -> -12 (he goes less high).
- Ustrong endlag gravity 0.8 -> 0.65 (actionable similar time before reaching the ground to make up for vspeed nerf).
- Ustrong late hits have angle flippers to send away instead of always forwards.

- Fair spike BKB 7 -> 6.

- Uair multihit KBS 0.1 -> 0 and SDI multiplier 1.25 -> 1.15.
- Uair spin (not first hit) BKB 8 -> 6.
- Uair final hit angle 60 -> 70 and Drift multiplier set to 1.0 (just in case).

- Bair startup 12f -> 9f (comes out frame 10) and SFX adjusted.
- Bair early hit hitpause scaling 0.5 -> 0.7
- Bair early hit knockback scaling 0.825 -> 0.95
- Bair endlag 16 -> 12

- Dair startup 12 -> 9
- Dair endlag 15 -> 14
- Dair base hitpause 6 -> 7

- Charged Nspecial fireball hitpause 7 + 0.4 -> 10 + 0.8 and hit SFX changed.

- Dash animation redone

+Angle of FTilt changed from 90 to 100, kb scaling reduced from 0.75 to 0.7, bkb increased from 7 to 8
| > This move was intended to punish DI out, but instead it continued to reward it.
+Bair knockback scaling increased from .725 to .825. Also deals slightly more hitpause.
| > This is supposed to be a kill option! It wasn't killing at extraordinarily high percents, so this should help a good bit.
-Jab2 angle upped from 35 to 40.
| > 35 was far too harsh, and 40 makes it take much longer to kill.
*Slightly modified character icon to fit more in line with base rivals.
*Added a secret.

-Fixed a bug that prevented Fry's nspecial from entering parry stun. This also fixed a bug that was preventing charging from having whifflag, so it's overall a nerf.

+Temperature loss when parried reduced from 25 to 20.
+Cost of DSpecial decreased from 30 to 25.
+Cost of USpecial1 decreased from 15 to 10 (USpecial 2 unchanged).
| > Temperature was a bit too much of a struggle for Fry. These slight adjustments will help his disadvantage somewhat.

+Flambe Fireball lifetime increased from 50 to 60.

+Air friction increased from 0.035 to 0.045.
| > See, I thought 0.035 was ABOVE average, but it's actually below. 0.045 IS above average, so now he'll die a little later to horizontal knockback like a slow character should.

+UTilt KBG decreased from 0.55 to 0.5.
| > This is to retain the move's combo potential even though the endlag has been increased.

+UAir functionality changed to act more like a command grab, so it stops dropping constantly. This makes it much harder to escape, however. Many stats have been changed for this work; too many to list.
| > Multihits suck. Valkyrie UAir time.

*UTilt back hitbox now has the same stats as the other hitboxes; hitbox sizes and shapes adjusted. Can now hit above Spirit Tree platforms.

-Jumpstart increased from 4 frames to 5 frames. Thanks, Sandbert.

-FSpecial initial speed decreased from 1.5 to 1.

-FStrong knockback growth decreased from 1.125, 1.05, 1.05 to 1.1, 1.025, 1.0 respectively.
-DStrong startup increased from 11 to 12.
-DStrong angle, KBG nerfed from 55 and 1.02 to 60 and 1.0 respectively.
-UStrong startup increased from 24 to 25, landing lag increased from 6 to 9.
-UStrong base knockback and knockback scaling decreased from [9.5 and 1.15] and [9 and 1.06] to [9 and 1.125] and [8.5 and 1.04] respectively.
-UAir final hit KBG reduced from 0.75 to 0.7.
| > Fry's kill power was slightly overtuned. These changes should make it a little harder for him to kill while keeping his overall kill power high.

-Dash attack no longer grabs armored or countering opponents.

-Jab startup increased from 3 to 4.

-UTilt endlag increased from 6 to 9.

-DTilt sweetspot damage decreased from 14 to 13.

+Waveland friction decreased from 1 to 0.2, waveland length increased from 6 to 7, waveland speed decreased from 1.5 to 1.35
| > Fry's wavedash was previously unreasonably bad, now it's much more usable.

+NSpecial temp gain increased from every 3 frames to every 2 frames.

+DSpecial startup and endlag decreased from 20 and 22 to 18 each.

*NSpecial projectile can now be parried as intended. Thanks, madman404.

*Open Flame is now destroyed when parried.

-Jab hitstun multiplier reduced from 1.25 to 1.1.
| > Dtilt isn't supposed to be true out of jab. I don't know why it was, I must have made a mistake at some point.

-Fry now starts with 0 heat instead of 100.
| > This was unintentional from the start, and I'm counting it as a bug fix.

-Fry now loses 25 heat when a non-projectile attack is parried.
| > Most gimmicks in Rivals can be countered to some extent with a parry. Fry being an exception was odd.

-Fry now loses 50 heat on death.

*Fixed a bug that made Fry unable to gain his up special back after being hit.
*Fixed NAir not playing a sound effect when used.
