upgrade weapons replacement config

according to new stamina system weight of smaww metis javelin ammo has been tweaked.

as well as damage increased for javelin and metis to have a counter when some vehicles are nearly impssible to kill RHS Bradley BUSK III and T90 SM188 as well as other random Chuck Norris spawned vehicles.
