-Fixed a bug with the UB.
-Made the colors more readable.

-UA now prioritizes gaining new Wares over upgrading existing ones.
-UB changed. No food bonus from bonus resources, but +1 Food per type of Ware. Defensive bonus decreased to 5 total and shifted entirely to hill cities. Hill cities now get +2 Happiness instead of +1.
