Minor change to the respawnships.sbc, now limiting the respawn to earthlike, alien, mars, titan, europa and allowing the lunarpod and spacepod to co-exist.

Unfortunately, the limit of <MinimalAirDensity> tag is 0.95. The only planet with air density greater, and thus canceling the minor moons, is Alien and not Earthlike. I would like to have limited them to earthlike only, however, I have also landed aircraft successfully on the minor moons but this all depends on weight vs thrust.

All that said, the Claim Jumper was made with Earthlike & Alien planets in mind and all others are at the risk of the respawnee.
