Major Update #3:
  • Added Feature: You can use sandbox option "Months Since The Apocalypse" to determine how much time has already passed. It currently takes 2 months for vehicles to have a 0% chance of having their lights flashing as of this update. If the option is set to 1, then flash chances are halved. If set to 2, then flash chances are become 0%.

Major Update #2:

All of these functions/features were added or were modified.

  • Add a function to calculate the chance percentage of flashing lightbars of parked vehicles in any parking lots. (When added, the Default percentage may start at either values of 1%, 5%, or 10%.) *** DEFAULT SET TO 5% ***

  • Modify the function that spawns in police blockades so that it will flash their lights 100% of the time. ( Will decrease to 0% over 3 months. )
