Major Update #1:

  • [UPDATE]: Added a function to slowly lower flashing chance from 70% to 0% over time. It takes three months to get to 0%.

Modified Code:
---> Fixed bug that caused vehicles to keep calling the code that decides if vehicles should flash their lightbars when the vehicles were off screen. This would repeatably cause emergency vehicles off screen to flash or stop flashing when they disappeared offscreen.
