Nair landing lag 25 > 7
**nair now has less landing lag, but it is easy to get out of the multihit in many scenarios. It is still best used as an anti-air or high edgeguard, but does not punish using in neutral.

Color variants have been added!

The color variants are all based off of FE8 characters (except for the first one).
The variants are based off of:
1 (Dark Green) - Ephraim's official art
2 (Light red) - Erika
3 (light purple) - Lyon
4 (Gold and green) - Franz
5 (Dark red) - Seth
6 (Dark blue) - Marth

The big balancing update. Here's the changes:

fspecial recover frames changed from 10 > 30
fspecial startup frames changed from 20 > 25

nair last hit knockback increased, angle 70 > 55
nair now ends when touching the ground
nair landinglag is now 25
nair total damage changed to 7
Note - shorthop nair is not a very bad option, and juggling is very difficult. Using speedwings does not increase
shorthop height so this is always true

uspecial has some lag before another move can be used
uspecial sprite and hitbox positioning fixed

bair damage 9 > 12

dair sweetspot damage 10 > 12

ftilt damage 7 > 9 ftilt knockback slightly increased

utilt damage 6 > 7 utilt spike hitbox damage 3 > 9
fixed utilt hitbox to match animation

fair recovery 16 > 12
fair hit angle 35 > 42

Slowed Ephraim down. His run, walk, and roll speed are now slower.

Speedwing now applies to doublejump and air dodge.

Nspecial startup frames changed from 15 to 10.

Torch throw comes out faster, torch speed decreased.

I sped up 3 moves:

utilt is now faster for every window
ftilt's recover is now faster
Nspecial now has the following timings: 15 frames startup, 30 frames torch, 35 frames mine, 40 frames speedwing, 40 frames elixer, 50 frames recovery (if nothing is selected). was previously 50 frames for each choice
