Hotfix:
- removed some modern structures from a map
- attempt to fix an exploit with the build mode
- replaced Dictionary with Arma 3 embedded HashMap functions via wrapper-mod (Dictionary wrapper), it is much faster, so it is highly recommended to use it.

- Fixed Dual Arms saving
- Captured vehicles/static weapons, left near german bases, shall be despawn at the next garrison spawn, with adding supported vehicles types to garrison

- When hitting an enemy in torso, there is a 30% chance of breaking his weapon.
- You can't equip a uniform from enemies, hitted in torso. Radios can be broken too.
- Civilian units now take cover once they heard firing.
- Germans will not call artillery strikes while defending their airfields.
- Fixed vehicle ammo spawning.
- Fixed german fighter planes didn't receive target coordinates.

- CSA38 is now optional
- You can now safely remove optional mods, the main mod detects incrorrect assets and ignores it when loading your save
- Traitor now remains calm if you come to him in captive state
- If you're wearing a german uniform and vest or helemt, allied units can shoot you accidentally
- IFA3 for OTWW2 updated - fixed PIAT, M1Bazooka and several small firearms
