*Police doors now lock when fully closed.
*Fixed bad displacement collision behind court.
*Replaced door that was place at an angle.
*Raised lightmap resolution.
*slightly lowered brightness of light_environment
*Muted cinema elevator.
*Fixed horse racing button.
*Added missing footpaths for suburbs.
*Fixed some skybox lod materials.
*Fixed Z-fighting on realestate pictures.
