Fixed the forge. Made all new enemies mod monsters spawn in only when new enemies mod is enabled, thus no overlapping of outdated monsters or graphics

Hand picked the best biomes and I included compatibility with apotheosis and flesh biome. yes they can be used simultaneously now!!! Enjoy!
