- Reverted the settlement information panel to the box above the jobs list.

- Changed faction settlement info box (battery, power, etc.) to a bar at the top of the screen
- Shrunk both the healthbar area and squad view box to make for more screenspace

Redesigned the layout for a few things
-Main menu
-Limb Replacement Window
-Inventory (Ever so slightly)
-Loading Screen
