A bugfix/content rearrangement update.

- Models made for NSC ships are now available for vanilla.
- Fixed the file directories for compatibility with case sensitive Operating Systems
- Many new sections have been added for ships with missing parts.

Added many new models for NSC2 class ships!

New models include:

• Nova-Class
  
• Freedom-Class
  
• Ambassador-Concept
  
• Excelsior-Refit/Lakota
  
• Constitution-Refit
  
• Vengeance-Class
  
• Armoured Intrepid

• Intrepid removed from destroyer, becoming the NSC Carrier alongside the Akira. What? The intrepid wasn't a carrier? Then where did Voyager get all those shuttles?
  
• Akula-Class removed, replaced by Freedom-Class.
  
• Various reshuffling of components to better distribute models.

Linked the added ship sections to a starting technology that checks for the shipset, which should prevent incompatibility with other shipset mods.

Added compatibility with New Ship Classes S4. The mod will work, provisionally, but I am still working on most of the models for the NSC ship types. They will be added eventually, but for now, please bear with some repeated models. ^^;

In addition, due to community feedback, some of the ship models have been moved around:

- Danube Runabout moved to Construction Ship
- Oberth moved to Science Ship
- Defiant moved to Corvette down from Titan
- Sovereign moved up to Titan from Battleship
- Akira moved up to Battleship from Destroyer
- New! Intrepid class added to Destroyer
