Fixed turret tracking... I think...
There's still something funky going on with fire-at-will. If you turn it off, and then tell the unit to target a specific enemy, it will fire only once at the enemy and then sit there. Not a huge issue, you're probably trying to conserve ammunition if you have fire-at-will off anyway... With the steam tank having the only other turret-typed entity in the game, there's not much to go off of.

Projectile now fires from the center of the sphere instead of the bottom. Now less likely to zap the guy in front!

Fixed projectile issues with the unit.
Enabled skirmish mode.

Still uses the war altar stuff, I'll get around to changing that.
