Less ramming aggression for all AI.

Fixed the Wingman AI so they won't spin out so much.

Wingman AI also use more engine upgrades.

The Wingman AI have much faster lap times now.

The Outlaw AI use a few more engine upgrades.

Latest Wreckfest game update broke part of the AI for Wingman and Outlaw.

Mod still works fully for the Hotshot and Bulldog things.

Mod also still has the custom paint jobs and wheel rims for the Wingman and Outlaw.

The custom painted Outlaw and Wingman car AI sets don't use the custom painted rims. Thy're also low B class.

There's still sort of a banger Outlaw AI set. A class now, chrome rims, doesn't use custom paint jobs.

There's also a Wingman B class banger AI set (189 points, chrome rims)

Now Outlaws, Wingmen, Hotshots and Bulldogs all have at least 23 custom painted AI.
