Suitcase 3.0 - Tipping Point

Update 3.0 is the "definitive gameplay update". In other words, the numerous move reworks over the past few months, and the handful of new moves introduced in this patch, have all culminated to the end result of this update. Suitcase is now at a point where I'm more or less satisfied with every move in every slot works and likely will not feature any more drastic attack reworks from this point forward.
Note this is far from a "Definitive Edition" update - there is a lot of work yet to be done bringing all of Suitcase's sprites and visuals up to par.

The reason this patch is here now is to get Suitcase in a good spot for Riptide, an upcoming regional tournament featuring a Rivals Workshop bracket with Suitcase on the roster!
From today until August 31 (the patch cut-off date), I will most likely be pushing several very small patches to try and get some last-minute visual polish in. In this time I will be maintaining a gauge on how the character feels and may make some small numbers changes here and there.

Finally, I may as well mention you may uncover a new easter egg while playing. Following its signs may lead you down a rabbit hole...


NEW MOVES
Jab
- The one-hit jab has been replaced by a new three-part jab combination.
- The jab combo shares DNA with Kragg's jab combo. This includes impressive tilt boost potential and the ability to jump cancel Jab 2's endlag.

Down Tilt
- The one-hit down tilt has been replaced by a new two-part attack.
- It is nearly identical to Elliana's Down Tilt.

Up Air
- The small sex kick style up air has been replaced by a large whipping attack.
- Features a sweetspot at the tip.

Forward Tilt
- Removed angle flipper 6
Caused readability issues with new tilt boosting

Up Tilt
-Hit 2
-- Knockback Scaling increased: 8+0.85 -> 8+0.9
-- Lower hitbox width increased to match upper hitbox
