Wario now has all 16 runes
Bair angle is now 140 and angle flipper 6 has been removed
Wario now has a death sound
Wario now plays a sound effect when he gets parried
Wario is now a heavy
Side b is jump cancelable
down b cooldown increased

Neutral Special startup reduced from 6 frames to 4
Down Air, Forward Special, and Down Special now have camera shake
Forward special is now jump cancelable
