Minor patch fix to down strong

- dash attack cooldown increased
- fspecial startup decreased
- up special (strong variant) power has been increased and all variants of teleports have hitpause
- up special startup decreased
- normal teleport has much less pratlandtime
- fstrong is weaker
- dstrong angle changed
- all strongs deal less damage
- initial dash has been shortened by one unit
- hitstun gravity is now .5
- air friction was slightly increased so that he doesn't get put offstage quite as often

v1.7

Reduced the lifetime and size of hitboxes for each brand explosion and readjusted animation frames so they are more consistent with the hitboxes being created.

Reduced knockback growth on all explosions.

Readjusted the spawn point on the level 3 brand explosion so it is not so high above the ground.

Increased base knockback on all explosions.

Added hitstun multiplier to all explosions (1.1x).

Reduced base and extra hitpause on all explosions.

Added stronger visual cue to differentiate between level 2 brands and level 3 brands (basically there's a yellow strip on the bottom for level 3)

Reduced startup time for up special (both strong and weak versions).

Removed a lingering hitbox on up special that allowed Andrew to occasionally hit while invisible.

Reduced base knockback for re-entry hitbox on the strong variation of up special.

Reduced jab damage.

Reduced forward tilt damage on both hits.

Reduced size of back air sweet spot. Behavior should be more consistent as a "tipper" rather than the entire area of Andrew's tailfeathers.

Increased size of back air sour spot and increased priority.

Increased damage and base knockback of back air sour spot.

Changed angle of back air sour spot from 160 to 115.

Brands on players will now be removed if the player parries Andrew's attacks or if Andrew dies. (Not sure if this ability was in a prior patch, but it definitely wasn't a possibility in 1.4.)

Adjusted the animations on each explosion so the animation frames would more accurately display the frames that their hitboxes are active.

Fixed a glitch where occasionally a brand on a player would cause multiple explosions instead of only one.

v1.2 Changes

Down air landing lag reduced. Down air's landing hitbox base knockback has been increased.

Explosion sound glitch (finally) patched. They now make a noise!

Brand level 3 explosion knockback growth reduced. Animation speed for explosion has increased to be consistent with other brand animations.

Down special now has an icon next to Andrew's HUD displaying cooldown time.

Up special strong version comes out sooner when attack is held. Up special's base version now travels slightly farther than in the previous patch (roughly the same in 1.0).

Neutral special projectile's horizontal speed has increased. Neutral special projectile's hitpause has also increased for better combo potential.

Victory fanfare has been added. Music credit given to TailZMusicYT.

Victory screen has been changed (temporarily) to Clairen's to reflect Andrew's theme a bit better.
