-potion fix

-Mantikor 25% slower
-increased Mantikor damage and health by 50%
-re-coded animation looping code to make it client-sided and more reliable, making it look better and have less strain on the server.
-Updated anim code on manticore and reaper
-updated manticore sleeping anim to be less violent
-added death anim on the manticore
-manticore quills can now be fired while flying
-manticore quills now fire based on camera direction rather than dino direction.
