After some more detailed testing I figured out my errors, I used an wrong id for the Harmony mod and versions 1.2 and 1.3 of the mod are incompatible, also only with Mod Manager a third error happened...

So I tested this now on all possible scenarios and it should be 100% OK for 1.2 and 1.3 and for people with and without the Mod Manager.

Harmony is required though :)

Massive sorry about the errors, I know it must suck when you can't play a game :(
