Fixes:

Hole 4: Added a 2x2 beam to make it easier to get a "Hole in One"
Hole 8: Changed the hole from a flat surface to a inclined hole so that par is easier to make.
Hole 10: Removed a log pillar from the outside wall so that balls can ride the wall to the hole.
Hole 13: Removed 2 walls that were clipping into the windmill's tunnel and blocking exit.

General adjustments to the Par of some holes to make it more balanced.

Notes:

There is a phantom wall on Hole 4 that is illusive, I am looking for it so that I can fix it.
