uspecial is no longer a cheap move that kills onstage at zero. this needed fixing since release. it now kills at a more reasonable ~90

-down tilt hitbox adjusted

because down tilt hits downwards, down tilting your opponent offstage can lead to some early kills (25%). dtilt is now easier to hit when the opponent is offstage, and can be combo-ed into with dash attack and more down tilts, for example dattack -> dtilt -> dattack -> dtilt.

Fspecial is no longer useless. it can be used as part of a combo (for example, onstage dair -> ustrong -> fair -> fspecial -> offstage dair).
it can also be used as an infinite horizontal recovery.

-While running, charge down smash to perform a sliding down smash. this is a feature that forward smash already had, so i gave it to down smash as well to make it more useful. up smash will probably not get this feature because of how good it already is.
