*removed additional station and starbase buffs from armor and crystal plating technology tech tier 6- tech tier 10
*removed additional damage buffs for starbases from crystal sensor tech
*rebalanced technology buffs in endgame => reduced starbase, ships and army buffs by around 50-70% for better balance and less snowball effect especially in mid/end game
=> added 00_phys_tech_repeatable.txt, 00_soc_tech_repeatable.txt, 00_eng_tech_repeatable.txt from vanilla for overwriting added 2 new compatibility patches for "Technology Repeated" and "Guillis Technologies" (you can find the link to those new compatibility patches in my workshop and in the compatibility thread
*reworked defense station bombers => bombers of defense stations now have 2 instead of 3 count (hangar modules still have 3 bombers like carriers) => necessary to improve balance
=> you might have to update the ship designer for defense stations if you load an old save game
*increased AI weights for strike craft on defense stations
*rebalanced hyperlane windup => was decreased before in order to adjust for slower movement speed. but since i increased movement speed again with some updates after launch i increased the hyperlane windup again for better balancing and for making higher tech tier hyperdrives more useful
*rebalanced juggernaut auras

*added two new jump drive technologies (after jump drive tech tier 1 but before psi jump drive => psi jump drive is still the best jump drive)
