*added new component slot + set: Repairs have their own set like shield generators. Ships start with standard repairs (cost = 0, which basically does not change anything compared to before). You can upgrade those repairs though with Repair Drones (4 Tech Tiers).

It's save game compatible and AI is using it as well but if you turned off auto-design you may have to turn it on for a second until you can deactivate again in order to make the ship designer gain the new repair set ship slot. Old ships will then gain the new repair slot once you upgrade them. New ships will have the new repair slot automatically

*switched/reworked some colors for bombers and fighters tech tier 2 and tech tier 3 in order to make them have the same colors

*removed vanilla policy file and added new custom policy file in order to remove unnecessary overwritten code of vanilla and make ACG better compatible (now only War Doctrines are overwritten with ACG)

*reworked War Doctrines: since i drastically decreased ship disengagement chance with ACG some war doctrines like "Hit and Run" did not make much sense anymore. Therefore i decided to completely rework all the War Doctrines to make them fit well with ACG. I added new modifiers and rebalanced old modifiers. Consequently war doctrine options should now be equally interesting and balanced depending on the situation that you want to use them. They should give good modifiers without making one of those a "no-brainer" decision

*slightly improved all projectile scaling and fixed small and medium coilgun being graphically too large

*improved balance of Carriers (increased buildtime, alloys upkeep and energy upkeep in order to better reflect the strength of the ship, decreased evasion slightly)

*rebalanced crystal targeting-matrix => damage buff to starbases will be 10% instead of previously 20%

*improved cost balance of titans and dreadnoughts => increased base cost slightly in order to better reflect their strength compared to battleships, carriers and juggernauts

*slightly adjusted space amoeba speed (increased it a little bit) to account for the possibility that you could own one of those through an event
