Fixed Wrist bands
Removed Roman wristbands from non roman units (There were a lot of them xp)

Added Illyirans and a few more eastern units

Changes to pike shields :
- Silver Shields have only silver shields (nothing has changed)
- Bronze Shields have only sun/circle bronze shields (pike shields instead of the hoplon i used)
- Foot Comp and Royal Guard have sun/circle painted shields
- Pike and Thorax Pike have a mix between sun/circle bronze and sun/circle painted shields
- Levy have a mix between plain bronze and plain painted shields
