Adding additional uses for Bloodstones and Palestones.
Sacrificing humanlikes also destroys worn equipment - strip them first if you want their gear.
Moved Revia-specific research to their own tab.
Added consecrated Revia gear. These are very, very expensive, but significantly deadlier than the normal versions.

Sacrificing is its own job type. By default, lower priority than research

Faction leadership added.
Added Revia elite of both hostile and neutral factions.
Revia traders should now spawn, and trading with Revia settlements should also be possible.

Minor fixes.
- Invoking a blessing should now use the short coloured name instead of the pawn's full name.
- Bloodstone set to neolithic tech level.
- Palestone set to neolithic tech level.

Tagging Soul Reap as non-harmful so that hediff-removing powers don't remove it.
