- Add new ungrouped device blocks to proper groups
- Update blueprint name to contain [A12] instead of [A11.5]

- Add extra front thruster to aid attacking ground targets from a stationary hover
- Replace an O2 and small fuel tank with larger fuel tank to stay within T2 breakpoint after adding thruster
- Remove a few armor blocks to to stay within T2 breakpoint after adding thruster, use smaller blocks to reduce weight
