The Consumables Update
3/25/2020

- Added Sink for Recovery that you can place around maps (Entity name is covid_sink)
- Added Medicine you can use for Recovery from the virus (Entity name is covid_medicine)
- Added Poison you can use to trick players into consuming it to infect them (Entity name is covid_poison)
- Fixed a bug where players would respawn and still be infected (Changelog from previous version)
