Ver. 1.5

Added 3 new cargo's to support insulated and refrigerated trailers:
- "Distilled water" (insulated)
- "Blood samples" (insulated + refrigerated)
- "Virus samples" (insulated + refrigerated - both requires adr class 6)

And the "Hand Alcohol" cargo is now being shipped off in insulated as well as curtainsider and dry freighter trailers.
