Removed the changes to the Vagabond character that was used for testing purposes,

My bad forgot to remove it ^_^

Removed Cut Efficiency and modified the resistance via the equation provided by Lyston.

Values are at Masterwork Quality

EX Hachigane
-Cut Resistance 65% --> 39%
EX Garm Mask
-Cut Resistance 65% --> 58%
EX Black Jacket
-Cut Resistance 44% --> 26%
EX Legers
-Cut Resistance 50% --> 50%
(No Cut Efficiency to start with)
Ex Martial Artist Suit
-Cut Resistance 40% --> 36%
