Special delivery for Carter (numbers or something i forgor): A slow command by Strike

Fun fact: I did not receive a DM or anything about this PR. I just happened to see it one day and it was made like 2 weeks before I saw it.

Also I improved the autosolver code. I do plan to add in voltage meter support but I'll wait on that for a second.

Couple of small changes:
• Made the LED glow in the dark.
• Took down the fence.
• Slightly optimized code.
• Removed unnecessary assets.
• Made it so that it makes the startup noise once every bomb instead of once every game instance.
• Updated description.
