Current unit counts will now update immediately after certain events, allowing immediate creation of additional units.
(expending a unit via charges, combining units into formations, upgrading units)

Various bug fixes stemming from previous update

Added an optional hard limit on maximum units. Limit is dependent on map size and unit type.

Fixed a bug regarding the naturalist limit, where a crash was caused if the naturalist unit does not exist in the game.
