Fixed an issue of the improved blacksmith station not crafting the high level weapons. Added alternate versions of the legendary weapons that do not degrade.

Katana's now require Jeweled steel to craft. Added another katana that is now craft-able at level 30. The original level 30 katana has been moved to level 21.

Correct an error that didn't allow you to craft adamantine.

Change some of required repair items. Hrungir's Hatred required Armor Rebalance Kit which was a mistake. It has now been corrected.
