-lowered shorthop height (7 -> 6) [so you can land shorthop forward air)

-changed down air to last as long as you're falling
-decreased down air landing lag (14 -> 10)
-allowed for walljumping out of down air
-allowed for airdodging out of down air if you've been falling for too long
-allowed for jumping out of down air if you've been falling for too long
