Updated SBS HERMES Mk.IV Fast Response (FR) Transport (WIP).

- Further work to update HUD
- Updated AP and Hold ALT to allow for smoother Roll banking assistance and more precise hitting of Waypoints.
- Added XPDR from PenguinO

Updated SBS HERMES Mk.IV Fast Response (FR) Transport (WIP).

- Updated HUD Display
- Added an additional Generator to each engine as the electrical generation wasn't keeping up adequately when on idle power. In doing so it slowed the RPS of the engine down reducing top speed from 168 m/s to 153 m/s.
