-Buffed a Khnum Arena: 2 Zorgs Commanders spawn instead 1.
-Buffed a Khnum Arena: Gnaars, Kleers, Zorgs spawners now random.
-Added additional COOP enemies.
-Added 2 Extra Lifes and more coins for Coin-Coop
-Final Gate now does not "knock out" items on platform.

-Nerfed a Khnum arena: Instead of 2 Zorgs Comanders there will be 1 on arena.
-Nerfed a Last Arena: Instead of 4 Lava Elementals you must kill only 3
-Fixed Decals which didn't appear on Normal difficulty.
