Updates old logic to accomodate new shuttle upgrade method. Sets base transfer volume to 100m3 (per 6 seconds), max to 400m3, and each upgrade step to 25m3.

If old factories have less than 100m3 shuttle transfer volume, they will be updated the next time the shuttle upgrade button is pressed - to 100m3 if you can't afford the upgrade or 125m3 if you can.

Increases the volume at which factories transfer between each other by an order of magnitude (25 > 300)
