- Greatly improve shield from 1.0 -> 0.8.
This ship was a bit underpowered, so the stronger shield gives it another advantage. Moreover, this ship's theme is "acceleration", and having a stronger shield means more Afterburner and therefore MORE ACCELERATION.

Update to 1.2.3 stat scaling. Fix erroneously low shield frontend stat.
