- fixed bregonne start script (forgot to prevent an AI-controlled Bregonne to get victory conditions, which was causing a script break when playing as another faction than Bregonne)

- fixed a bug that was causing campaign defeat when one of the factions from the victory conditions would confederate.
- removed hard cap of 10 from all Foot Knights units.
- capacity of Foot Knights units now increases with Knight's Barracks building chain.
- Knights of the Realm (Foot): removed bonus dmg vs large.

- all foot knights: melee attack interval to 4.3 (from 4.2)
- "How They Play" now shows on turn 2
- some script fixes

script:
- if the mod gets enabled mid-campaign, "Marcel de Parravon" will be in the legendary lord recruitment pool, his legendary paladin "Etienne de Armand" will spawn automatically but does not contribute to agent cap.
