Change XXXIX.

-Adjusted the Warcry and Group Warcry recharge times. Warcry recharge (delay) is now 180 seconds instead of 100, and Group Warcry has no recharge -- it can only be used once, but it can affect more enemy units. This was all done to make these abilities more useful but to also limit how much and how fast they can be used.

Change XXXVIII.

-Adjusted the high and low morale hit type abilities (such as Warcry) because these were originally set at +/-20 morale. Since morale is on a scale of 0-100, and since these effects only last 10 or so seconds, a +/-20 morale change was essentially useless, and they have now been increased here by 1.5x (now +/-30) in order to make it worth doing. The idea is that the ability should actually save a unit from routing, or cause a low morale unit to rout, neither of which was possible before.

Of course the desire is not to have this ability single handedly break the enemies line, rather the desire is to allow it to momentarily alter the battle when used at the right moment (and to make it less of a waste of time to bother with it). This current change is preliminary; if this adjustment is found to be too high or low, then I will adjust it again in the future.

Change XXXVII.

-After extensive review, it was determined that the original modded to-hit values would be restored because it seems that my initial reaction that the increase in defense values made the battles too long now. That may still prove to be true, and I may go with the previous 15, 40, 3 to-hit values, but I figure that I should just restore the original values and, even though the battle times will be a little longer than the original mod allowed, this may actually turn out to be a good thing.

Change XXXVI.

-Adjusted the base to-hit modifiers to 15, 40, 3 respectively. This is about 1.5x the previous old mod value before CA adjusted all the defense values of units to be higher. This new value is used because it was felt that 2x and 2.5x were causing battles to be over too soon, especially later in the game when all sorts of buffs and perks stack together.

-Adjusted the to-hit modifiers so that they are now just 2x the previous, rather than 2.5x (since it seemed that the latter was causing battles to be over too quickly).

Change XXXXIV.

-Updated to be compatible with Patch 15.

-Converted foot and horse movement speeds to match CA's Patch 15 speeds (so as to make sure that only ship speeds are altered in this mod).

-The to-hit modifiers have increased now in order to match Patch 15's uniform increase in melee defensive values of all units (so to-hit values are about 2.5x what they were before in this mod). I may have to tweak it a little in the future, but I think it is close to what it was before.

-Note that all precusor javelin infantry can now "fire at will" because of Patch 15 changes, and this is not a bad thing, so that behavior is retained here. However, I still do not like how the default game treats Roman infantry and so the modified Roman infantry pilum behavior is still valid. Why? Because the standard fire-at-will behavior for precursor javelins does not allow you to pick a target, so you can essentially only tell them to fire, or not to fire, other than having them use it in the charge on the melee target. Therefore, even after Patch 15, I retained the mod's original behavior where Roman infantry are a cross between melee and javelin infantry (they can hold fire, and pick targets, which comes in very handy when choosing when to use pila). This allows total control of when the Romans want to deploy the pila and how, and this is historically accurate since they would often save them to use on specific targets.

-All other modded changes are still relevant and are also retained.
