Updated the cockpit, added larger fuel tank (nearly double the original capacity). More door updates that include lights for locked and unlocked.

Added lever to Type A doors (1L, 1R, 4L, 4R) for more realism. To open push lever to 100%, to close and lock push lever to 0%. To open from the outside, press and hold the button. To close from the inside, push the button and push the lever to 0%.
