- Decreased climate strictness for a more of randomized placement pool. Used to be strict in always keeping optimal climate for random placement between both factions. Now Good or Poor climate between both factions is now acceptable for random placement exchange. Incompatible climate for either still forbidden.

- Clan Skyre (Ikit Claw) workshop upgrades should now be working.
- Lowered chances of tension between factions to reduce the ping pong effect of diplomacy relations a bit.

- Attempted to fix the mystery generals being added to your primary force when playing Empire. In test runs it seems to be working now
- Increased faction placement randomization chance from 65% to 75%
- AI faction aggression and war initiation improved. Little more dynamic all around.
- Attempted to remove Clan Skyre (Ikit Claw) building requirements for workshop upgrades (due to random placement and not being in Skavenblight). Has not been fully tested so not 100% sure it's working yet.
